Experience: I have spent over twenty five years in the field of business/financial consulting. My first thirteen years were in public accounting. I worked with clients from $500K to $25M. My experience ranges from large international to large local to small accounting/consulting firms. There I perform accounting services, computer consulting and training, business valuations, acquisitions and dispositions, financial planning, tax planning and compliance, budgeting and projections, financing activities and banking relations, and litigation support. I have experience with clients in service, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and distribution industries. I spent nine years with a Fortune 500 company in the service industry, six years in corporate accounting, where I tracked contracts and project profitability, prepared the annual budget and five year plan, three years in operations as Director of Business and Finance for a business unit. I spent over a year and a half running the GMEDC's region for the Vermont SBDC. I helped people start and/or expand their business, create jobs, and obtain financing. Through the SBDC I have worked with state agency's like the GMEDC, VEDA, SBA and others that provide funding and tax incentives and credits.
